Everyone experiences challenges and suffering in life as part of the human experience. Many of my clients turn to counseling because they don't want to face those challenges alone. Many feel stuck and don't know how to move forward. Therapy can provide a safe space to explore and process these issues, provide needed support in tough times and help clients develop new skills to improve their lives.
